Romanian Mental Hospital at Cula

A Patient chained to his bed at the Mental Hospital at Cula. The hospital was short of everything from medecines to staff. For 220 beds there were 2 doctors, 7 assistants and 15 nurses. There was only one syringe and many patients had to share beds.
